Plenty of Cornish sailors squeeze in a few more trips before lifting out, whether that is the Camel Estuary from Padstow or the Fal and Helford. A 6kg Propane Gas Bottle fits many boat gas lockers and keeps the galley stove going for hot drinks on chilly October mornings.
Smaller lockers
For tight lockers on day boats, the 3.9kg Propane Gas Bottle is a handy alternative. Make sure your locker drains overboard, fit a gas alarm and turn the bottle off when not in use.
