Yes – you can select a preferred delivery date when ordering. If we have availability sooner, we may deliver earlier.
What gas bottles do you stock?
We supply propane, butane, patio gas, and Campingaz bottles for homes, caravans, BBQs, and businesses.
How do I know which gas bottle I need?
If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll guide you based on your appliance or usage.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 35-mile radius of Padstow (our HQ), covering North Cornwall and surrounding areas including Wadebridge, Newquay, St Merryn, Bodmin, and beyond.
Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free local delivery within our coverage area.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2 days, but this can vary depending on demand. If we can deliver sooner, we will.
Do you offer same-day or emergency delivery?
Where possible, yes. Please call us directly for urgent requests and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Can I leave delivery instructions?
Yes – you can add notes when ordering (e.g. safe place to leave your gas bottle).
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not always. If you provide clear instructions, we can leave the bottle in a safe, accessible location.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer gas bottle exchanges?
Yes, we offer a simple exchange service when you have an empty bottle ready.
Can I return a gas bottle?
Due to safety regulations, gas bottles cannot be returned once used. Please contact us if there’s an issue.
What if I ordered the wrong gas bottle?
Get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been delivered yet, we can usually amend it.
Do you charge cylinder deposits?
No – we’ve removed cylinder deposit charges, so you only pay for the gas.
