Autumn food markets, farmers' markets and harvest events keep Cornwall's street food traders busy well into October. A 19kg Propane Gas Bottle is a common choice for catering vans running griddles, fryers and burners through a long day.
Carry a spare
Many traders keep a 13kg Propane Gas Bottle as a back-up so service never stops mid-rush. Have your van's gas installation checked by a Gas Safe engineer and secure cylinders upright when travelling.
