Hobbybrew Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Gas Cylinder
Hobbybrew Carbon Dioxide is a high-quality, food-grade beverage gas designed for carbonating and dispensing drinks. Pure CO₂ produces a lively pour with a generous foam, larger bubbles and a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
It is particularly well suited to highly carbonated lagers, IPAs, pilsners and American-style sour beers. It can also be used with cider, sparkling water and post-mix soft-drink systems where compatible equipment is installed.
The Hobbybrew rent-free cylinder scheme is ideal for home bars, home brewers, mobile bars, cafés and smaller hospitality businesses that do not want to pay ongoing cylinder-rental charges. Customers normally pay a one-off refundable cylinder deposit and then purchase replacement gas fills as required, subject to the supplying agent’s terms.

Safety information
Carbon dioxide is a compressed gas and can displace oxygen in enclosed spaces. Always keep the cylinder upright and securely restrained, use it in a well-ventilated location, and protect it from heat, impact and unauthorised interference. Do not modify the valve or attempt to refill the cylinder yourself. Installation and operation should follow the regulator manufacturer’s instructions and Hobbybrew’s current safety guidance.
Cylinder deposits, refill prices and availability vary by authorised agent. This product description should be read alongside the current Hobbybrew product data sheet and safety documentation.
