Cornwall campsites from Padstow to Newquay fill fast in peak season — and an empty gas bottle ruins a quiet evening under canvas. Gas Shack stocks live camping and leisure cylinders you can order online for collection or delivery before you pitch up.
Whether you cook on a Campingaz stove, run a small patio heater by the awning, or need a light propane bottle for a pop-up BBQ, matching size to appliance keeps trips simple across North Cornwall.
Campingaz and light propane for tents
The 904 Campingaz suits compact stoves and lanterns. Step up to the 907 Campingaz when you cook for a larger group. For portable BBQs and small heaters, many campers prefer the 6kg Propane Gas Bottle or the compact 3.9kg Propane Gas Bottle.
Tips for Cornwall campsites
- Order before Friday if you arrive for a weekend — Padstow routes get busy in summer.
- Keep empties upright and away from tents and drains.
- Check your regulator type before you swap bottles.
