Touring caravans around North Cornwall often run on butane for cookers and heaters in milder weather. The 7kg size is a popular middle ground — lighter to swap than a 15kg, with more run-time than a small camping bottle.
Gas Shack stocks live butane bottles from Padstow for caravan owners across the Padstow delivery area.
Caravan bottle picks
Many tourers use the 7kg Butane Gas Bottle for cookers. Longer stays may prefer the 15kg Butane Gas Bottle. In colder months propane such as the 6kg Propane Gas Bottle or 13kg Propane Gas Bottle is often the better outdoor choice — check your regulator first.
