As nights lengthen after 28 September, Cornwall growers fire up polytunnel and greenhouse heaters. The 47kg Propane Gas Bottle lasts longer between swaps than smaller cylinders — ideal for rural plots on our Padstow delivery routes.
Smaller heaters and backup bottles
Compact tunnel heaters and backup kits often run the 19kg Propane Gas Bottle. Keep a full spare so overnight frost protection is never cut short.
