October menus lean towards soups, roasts and longer cooking times, so café and small restaurant kitchens around Cornwall get through more gas. A 19kg Propane Gas Bottle gives a longer run between changeovers than smaller sizes.
Bigger kitchens
Busy kitchens with high demand can look at the 47kg Propane Gas Bottle, which suits fixed installations. Always check what your appliances and installer recommend.
