Exchanging an empty bottle?

We offer free local delivery on all our large gas bottle orders. Please allow at least 2 days’ notice so we can schedule your delivery efficiently. Need it sooner? Give us a call — if we have space on the truck, we’ll do our best to fit you in. During busy periods, deliveries are planned around routes and capacity, so your delivery may occasionally be moved by a day, but we’ll always keep you updated.

You'll need a 27mm clip-on regulator for safe and easy connection. If you need a new regulator, you can buy one from our gas shop.

When ordering a refill, you’ll be exchanging your empty gas bottle. Please ensure the empty cylinder is left in a safe, easily accessible location for the driver to collect.
